INTRODUCTION

Financial analysis skills are crucial for effective managers. Major business decisions require good comprehension and analysis of accounting concepts and financial statements. Managers are also required to prepare business plans and the required financial budget. It also assists managers to prepare for better decision making in proposing for Operating Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and preparing the organization for listed on the stock exchange.

This 5-days practical skills workshop aims to equip non-accounting/finance managers with the knowledge, skills and tools required to understand finance concepts and analyze financial statements as well as developing the ability to convert business plan to financial budgets and engage in the corporate exercise decision of raising funds and getting the company listed on the stock exchange.
